Norman C. Webb, 83 SEAFORD - Norman C. Webb, of Seaford, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2008, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford. He was 83. He was born and raised in Whitesville, a son of the late Ryon C. and Ethel Baker Webb. Norman retired as a poultry farmer. He loved listening to country music and was a bluegrass guitarist with his many friends. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Annabelle Taylor Webb of Seaford; his stepson, James Littleton and his wife Janice of Laurel; his brother, Robert T. Webb and his wife Shirley of Whitesville; a granddaughter, Carrie Steelman of Seaford; and a nephew, Jeff Webb and a niece, Jan Otwell, both of Laurel. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, 700 West St. Laurel, where friends and family may call one hour prior. Interment will follow in Line Cemetery, Delmar. The Rev. Donald Murray will officiate.
