DOVER - Neal A. Byler died Sunday, May 31, 2015 at home, of cancer. He was 77 years and 27 days old. He was born in Dover, Del. on May 4, 1938. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Rosa Byler; parents, Adam and Saloma Byler; brothers, Henry and Allen; sister, Sylvia; three grandchildren, one step grandchild and two great-grandchildren. He leaves behind his second wife, Lydia (Hochstetler) (Eicher); nine sons, three daughters, and two-step daughters, Cristy and (Sylvia) of Ill., Ada and (Freeman Mast) of Ill., Adam and (Eldora Mast) of Ill., Rudy and (Anna Yoder) of Ill., Sylvia and (Alvin Yoder) of Del., Willis and (Lydia Mast) of Miss., Nevin and (Kathryn) of Del., Manilus Ray and (Alta) of Del., Esther and (Jake Miller) of Del., Elizabeth Eicher and (Andrew Finney) of Pa., Katie Eicher and (Mervin Byler) of Del., Henry and (Martha Ann) of Del., Levi and (Susan) of Del., Edward and (Emma Sue) of Va.; 75 grandchildren and 65 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends at the home, 5728 Pearson's Corner Road, Dover on June 2, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Service will be 9:00 a.m., Wednesday June 3, 2015 at the Owen Yoder residence, 5070 Pearson's Corner Rd, Dover. Burial will follow in Old Amish Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
