Nassau Valley Vineyards to host annual Southern Delaware Wine, Food & Music Festival
LEWES — The 8th annual Southern Delaware Wine, Food & Music Festival will be held from noon to 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 at Nassau Valley Vineyards.
Tickets are $150. Proceeds from the festival will be donated to Head Start and Early Head Start Delaware.
The festival will offer culinary experiences with award-winning chefs from more than 20 local restaurants, and more than 100 varieties of wines, craft beers, cocktails and mocktails.
Local musicians will perform throughout the vineyards. The festival will include a silent auction, wine pull and a blind tasting.
The Chef Throwdown will happen live as two teams battle in a “chop-style” competition.
