DOVER - Naomi I. Keister, of Dover, passed away on Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was 90 years old. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave. Wyoming, DE 19934, where friends may gather one hour prior. Burial will follow services, at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, in Dover, Delaware.
