HARRINGTON - Nancy M. Felton, 66, of Harrington died at Bay Health Center Milford, on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. She is the daughter of Frank J. Svoboda and Elsie Fulcher Erye. Her husband, James Felton, and father preceded her in death. She graduated from Duval High School Class of 1967 and was a homemaker. Nancy was involved in her community in Bayville, New Jersey area, prior to moving to Delaware. She was very active in the NJ American Legion Post, Moose, Disabled Veterans, Veteran of Foreign War, and the Republican Party Campaigns. Nancy dedicated her time to the Auxiliaries for these organizations. She loved art and crafts and was a die-hard Redskins fan. She is survived by one son, Christopher Felton and wife Jenn; two grandchildren, CJ and Tonya Felton; her mother, Elsie Eyre and husband Ron; sister, Carol Jermain; brother Frank Svoboda and wife Marilyn; nieces and nephews, Kelly and Bobby Batista, Melissa and Mark Brady; niece and great nephew, Dawn and Derek Hoelz of Bangor, Maine; and great nephews, Joey and Louie Batista, Colline, Tyler and Jacob Brady, and Will Hoelz. Funeral services will be held on Monday February 1, 2016 at 12 p.m. in the Chapel of Berry- Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, where friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a viewing. Interment will be Henlopen Memorial Park, Milton. The family suggests contributions to the Disabled American Veterans, 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Springs, KY 41076.
