Nancy Lee Voss

PORT SAINT LUCIE, Fla. - Nancy Lee Voss, of Port Saint Lucie, Fla., formerly of Newark, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017, at her home, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Voss was born on Sept. 4, 1937, in West Grove, Pa., the daughter of the late Charles Wayne Johnson and the late Mary Elizabeth Simmons.
She worked as a secretary for Hercules for nearly 40 years.
Nancy enjoyed creating afghan quilts, attending live entertainment shows, tending to her garden, and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Voss; her brother, Charles Johnson; and her sister, Marie Guseman.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Sandi Turner; her granddaughter, Shannon Turner; her grandson, Steven Turner, his wife, Alexis Turner; and her great grandson, Abraham Turner, all of Port Saint Lucie, Fla.
A viewing will be held on Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 South Main Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Smyrna.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contribution to the Alzheimer's Association.
