Born Nov. 16, 1912 Deceased Apr. 9, 2017 Myrtle was born in Royal Oak, Md., to Dora Jones Kilmon and Levi Scott Kilmon and was the eighth of 10 children. She was raised by family friends in Wooden Hawk. She was preceded in death by her husband, Parvin D. Biddle; her only child, Joy Lee Laroucque; her granddaughter, Simone Salonge Rymsza; and her grandson-in-law, Lawrence Crutcher. Mrs. Biddle was a long standing pillar of the community who owned and operated Biddles Towing Service with her husband, Parvin, from 1959 to 2005. Prior to that business venture, Mrs. Biddle had a long enjoyable career as a cook for Kirby and Hollway Restaurant in Dover. She is survived by her son-in-law, Armand Larocque, of Tampa, Fla.; grandchildren, Scheherizan Hobbs, of Marydel, Pamela Mereider-Crutcher, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and John Mereider, of Magnolia; her great-grandchildren, Tonya Williams, of Camden, Alexandra Mereider, of Raleigh, N.C., and Taylor Mereider, of Dover, Olivia and Maxmillian Rymsza, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; her great-great-grandchildren, lzzabella West and Madeline Bodine; as well as a host of extended family in the Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware areas. Services will be held privately at her grave site.
