Myrtle L. Murdoch, 98

DELMAR - Myrtle L. Murdoch, of Delmar, died Friday, Nov. 14, 2008, in the Delaware Hospice Center. She was 98. Born in Revels Neck, she was a daughter of the late James and Beulah Dodson Warwick. She is survived by her grandchildren, Sherry Sharpe and her husband, Mick of Melfa, Robert W. Murdoch Jr. of Newark, Tara Eichholz and her husband, Dave of Claymont, Kelly Reb and her husband Kevin of Felton, Amy Castro of Smyrna, Michael J. Murdoch of Smyrna and Amanda Murdoch of Connecticut; 16 great-grandchildren; nieces, Anita Alexander and her husband, Elmer, and Evelyn Wallace; and great-nephews, Wayne Brittingham and Richard and Brian Alexander. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Murdoch, in 1986; a son, Robert W. Murdoch Sr.; and a grandson, Aaron Abrams. A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday at Parsons Cemetery in Salisbury. A visitation will be held at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. The Rev.
