FELTON - Michael J. McClister died suddenly on Saturday, July 28, 2012. Born in Doylestown, the son of Mary T. (Shanahan) and Philip J. McClister, Michael was a 1979 graduate of Pennsbury High School. He was a private pilot for approximately the last 12 years. Michael enjoyed boating, fishing, scuba diving, dirt bikes, motorcycles and remote control planes. Over the last 10 years Michael enjoyed being a Professional Pig Roaster and traveled to many places making new friends. Michael will be remembered as a very friendly and fun loving person. Beloved father of James M. McClister and devoted grandfather of Nathan McClister, Michael is also survived by his longtime companion, Cindy Georgantas; and his brothers, Alan, Billy, Dave and his wife, Lynne, Glenn and his wife, Patti and Gary. He will also be sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and his two dogs, Peanut and Bosco. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, August 3, 2012, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056 where his funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery.
