Viola - Mary M. Crisco passed away on September 3, 2014. Mrs. Crisco had been a USDA government inspector for five years. She enjoyed taking care of her yard and making her home beautiful. Mary also enjoyed playing the slots at Dover Downs. She cherished spending time with her family. Her Yorkie Gizmo was very important to Mary and never left her side. She liked to go shopping, having yard sales and going to yard sales. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Pearl Valdesere and by her brothers, Arthur Valdesere and Robert Valdesere. Mary is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jack Crisco; two sons, Brian Wroten and his wife, Sherry of Felton and Tracy D. Crisco and his wife, Andreea of Viola; one sister, Margaret Ann Prarie of Dover; and two grandchildren, Casee Shockley-Wroten and Rebecca Wroten. A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m.Saturday morning, September 6, 2014 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934. There will be a viewing from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
