Mary Claire Little, 53

WORTON, Md. - Mary Claire Little, of Worton, died Saturday, May 10, 2008, in Chestertown. She was 53.

She was born in Baltimore on Jan. 10, 1955, daughter of the late Norman A. Little Sr. and Rosemary W. Little of Worton.

Miss Little enjoyed swimming, arts and crafts.

She loved her friends and caregivers at the Kent Center and enjoyed spending time at Camp Fairlee Manor.

She was also involved with Special Olympics.

Mary Claire was devoted to her family and very involved with their lives.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her bothers and a sister, Norman A. Little Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla., Michael Newman Little of Miramar, Fla., Jennifer Corcoran of Hershey, Pa., Charles Edward Little of Las Vegas, James Joseph Little of Chesapeake Beach and John Stuart Little of Worton; and many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, High Street, Chestertown.

Relatives and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Fellows, Helfenbein, and Newnam Funeral Home, 130 Speer Road, Chestertown.

Interment will be in Galena Cemetery.
