Margaret Louise Miller

Margaret Louise Miller, 83

GREENSBORO, Md. - Margaret Louise Miller, of Greensboro, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at her daughter's home in Edgewater. She was 83.

She was born Nov. 25, 1924, in Charlestown, W.Va., to the late Georgia Lee Snyder Brown.

She moved to the Greensboro area in December 1990.

Mrs. Miller worked as a deli clerk for the Tri-Me Market of Churchton for 10 years.

She was also the foster parent of needy children for many years.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Shullenbarger; her second husband, Clarence L. Miller; her daughter, Bearl Rueter; two brothers, John and Charles Brown; and a sister, Sally Gaynor.

Mrs. Miller is survived by one daughter, Martha Ward of Edgewater; two sons, David Miller of Greensboro and Bryan Miller of Brandywine; one sister, Annie Underwood of Idaho; five brothers, Boyd Brown, Harvey Brown and Tommy Brown, all Charlestown, and Ollie Brown and Bobby Brown, both of Winchester, Va.; nine granddaughters; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro, where friends may call one hour before the funeral service.

Interment will be in Ridgely Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401; or American Heart Association, 415 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
