HARRINGTON - Margaret E. "Peggy" Cashwell, of Harrington, daughter of the late Donald and Helen Conner, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at her home. She was 70 years old. She married her beloved late husband Roland and began helping him with his businesses. She assisted with the bookkeeping of Cashwell's Exxon, Cashwell Enterprise Bus Service, Cashwell Propane, and the Greenwood Tavern to name a few. Mrs. Cashwell was known as a fiesty person with a good sense of humor. She loved a good joke, but also had a sentimental side and was a good listener. She was an active member of the Harrington Moose. She loved horses, old time country music and Tom Selleck. She also enjoyed reading, playing cards (esp. solitaire on the computer), cooking, baking, making preserves and crafts. She is survived by her daughters, Kelly Hough, Fairfax, Va., Wanda (Ron) Corder, Felton, Linda F. Cashwell (Carlos Rivera), Bridgeville; sons, Michael Noland, Plant City, Fla., Benjamin (Melissa) Cashwell, N.J.; grandchildren, Gary, Kaitlyn, Aaron, Jacob; and a great-grandchild, Jason; a sister, Kathy Lynch of Pompano, Fla.; and her beloved pets Spooky and Bandit. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Melvin Funeral Home 15522 S. DuPont Hwy. Harrington, Del., from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Funeral Services will be on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 12 noon also at Melvin Funeral Home. Burial will be at Delaware Veteran's Cemetery Millsboro, DE.
