Service of Celebration will be held 12 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021 at St. John Second Baptist Church, 26602 Mt Joy Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966. A Public Viewing will be held 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. with the formal home going service to follow. In the interest of public health, the wearing of masks and the practice of social distancing will be enforced.
