GEORGETOWN - Mae P. Ashton, age 86, of Georgetown, died on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, at Beebe Hospital. Mae was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 54 in Tuckerton, N.J. Her husband John V. Ashton died in 1998. She is survived by a son, John V. Ashton III and his fiancé Julie Zuccheri of Georgetown, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 15, at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St., Seaford, where friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, at 2 p.m.
