Montague, 77 SMYRNA - Mabel "Vicki" Montague, age 77, of Smyrna, died April 21, 2015 at Bay Health Medical Center in Dover. Born in Natchitoches, La., daughter of the late Alfred Burrell and Beatrice Marinovich. In 1955 Vicki met and married the love of her life, Thornton "Monte" Montague, who she was married to for 50 years until his death in 2005. She had served with the Social Security Administration until the couple retired in 1987 and moved to Delaware. Mrs. Montague enjoyed traveling with her husband and treasured the time spent with her family and close friends. Vicki is survived by the couple's four children, Renee Marie Montague, Yvette Victoria Haines Montague, Michele Ann Scott-Costa and son, Thornton Uncas Montague, Jr., along with six grandchildren and one great grand-daughter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 12 noon at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State St. Dover, DE 19901 where a Visitation will be held starting at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, where she will be laid to rest with her husband at 2 p.m. Arrangements are by Michael J.
