LuLu A. Bryan, 94

SEAFORD - LuLu A. Bryan of Seaford, formerly of Laurel, died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007, in Life Care at Lofland Park, Seaford. She was 94.

She was born in Laurel, daughter of the late Emory and Ida Dukes.

She was a homemaker and attended Church of God of Prophecy in Whaleysville and St. Johns Church in Georgetown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a husband, Raymond Bryan; a son, Reese Bryan; a daughter Elva Daniels; her brothers, Charlie Dukes and John Dukes; and a sister, Mary Williams.

She is survived by her sons, Norris Bryan, Raymond Bryan and Eugene Bryan, all of Seaford; her daughters, Frances Peek of Berlin and Deborah Long of Seaford; a brother, Emory Glasco Dukes of Lincoln; her sisters, Huldah Callaway and Mabel Williams of Laurel; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, 700 West St., Laurel, Friday at 11 a.m., where friends may visit one hour prior to the funeral service.

Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery, Laurel. The Rev. Roland Tice will officiate.

Contributions can be made in her name to Life Care at Lofland Park, 715 E. King St. Seaford, DE 19973-3505.
