HOUSTON - Lula M. Fox passed away Thursday Jan. 9, 2014 at home. Mrs. Fox was born March 29, 1943 in Church Hill, Md. to the late Edgar Cecil and Helen Lewis Cecil. She had worked at the Brunswick Bowling Alley in Dover retiring after 12 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Berlin Fox in 2008; sisters, Marjorie Willing, 2011 and Rosalie Vonville 2006. She is survived by her brother, Henry E. Cecil of Federalsburg, Md.; niece, Helen Cleveland and James Watkins of Houston; nephew, Richard Willing of Chestertown, Md.; great-nieces, Sherri Clark and her husband, Delron of Felton, Dorothy Cleveland of Magnolia; great-nephew, Anthony Willing of Clayton, Michael Schmick of Denver, Colo.; great-great-niece and nephew, Aiden and Rylee Clark and a host of nieces and nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday Jan. 11, 2014 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
