Harrington - Lucille L. Stanley departed this life on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at her son's residence in Berlin, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late James C. Stanley and Dora W. Stanley. Ms. Stanley was a member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Harrington where she served as a choir member, missionary and treasurer. She often attended Refreshing Fountain Ministries in Millsboro. She worked as a domestic and laborer for many years. She will be lovingly remembered by: one son, Bishop Lincoln M. (Pastor Bonnie) Stanley; one niece, Pamela (William) Owens; four nephews, Norbert Stanley, Leroy (Mary) Stanley, Fulton Stanley, Jr., and Ellis Stanley; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Leon Stanley and one grandson, Charles Gibbs. Ms. Stanley will lie in repose on Saturday, January 31, 2015, from 10 to 11 AM at Refreshing Fountain Ministries, Lowes Crossing Road, Millsboro. The funeral service will begin at 11 AM. Pastor Charles Dennis, Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow at Williamsville Cemetery, Williamsville Road, Houston. A ministry of comfort and dignity is being provided by Lewis N.
