FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Louise T. Petroski, of Fayetteville, formerly of Henderson, Md., died Saturday, April 25, 2009, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville. She was 79. She was born Sept. 5, 1929, in Newark, Del., to the late John S. Donahue and Rose McKnight Donahue DeRagatis. Mrs. Petroski was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo. She was the last of 16 children. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Petroski; and son, Jesse Petroski. She is survived by two sons, Paul Petroski and wife Pat of Fayetteville, and Joseph Petroski and wife Joanne of Philadelphia; one daughter, Frances Howarth and husband Edward of Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Mass of Christian Burial will be noon Monday, May 4, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Marydel, Md., where visitation will be held one hour prior. Interment will be in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro, Md. Arrangements by Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home, P.A., 106 Sunset Ave., Greensboro.
