Carrow, 80 SMYRNA - Louise Marguerite Carrow passed away suddenly with her daughter, Mary Catherine Lane, on Sun., Dec. 13, 2015 at her home. She was born Aug. 9, 1935 in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Louis and Mary Cavuto. She retired from the State of Delaware after many years of service. Louise loved cooking and baking for her family and friends. She was an active reader, gardener and avid collector of vintage costume jewelry. She was strong in her faith of the Lord and was an active member of her church. She was a kind, warm and loving person who embraced everyone into her home. In addition to her parents and daughter, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Florence Singer, Lucille Nowlin and Roseanne Petrillo. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Walter; two sons, Michael Lane and his wife Gayle of Chadds Ford, Pa. and Robert Lane and his wife Ellen of Newark; two daughters, Lou Ann Moreno and her husband Tony of Smyrna, and Margaret Lane of Clayton; her sister, Marie Harrington of Wilmington; and an extended family of loving step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Fri., Dec. 18, 2015 at 12 p.m. in St. Polycarp Parish, located at 135 Ransom Lane in Smyrna. A private burial will follow.
