DOVER - Louise M. Hurtt, 31, of Dover passed away at home on August 30, 2016. She was born in Wilmington, on October 24, 1984, the daughter of Brian A. Lewis, Sr. and Joyce L. Hamilton Lewis. Louise was a homemaker. She was a member of Victory Chapel Church, in Bridgeville, and enjoyed driving her 1946 Willys Jeep. She loved living life and enjoyed attending her church. She is survived by both parents, Brian and Joyce Lewis; her husband, Richard K. Hurtt, Jr.; two children, Richard K. and Christopher B. Hurtt; and one brother, Brian A. Lewis. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 6, 2016, in the Chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, Main St., Felton, DE, 19943, where friends may call from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for a viewing. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
