Louise (Emery) Fountain, 85

DOVER - Louise (Emery) Fountain of Dover died Saturday, June 30, 2007, at her daughter Beverly"s home in Felton. She was 85.

Mrs. Fountain was born March 6, 1922, in Dover, daughter of the late Lewis and Bertha (Fairess) Emery. She was a lifelong resident of Dover.

She was a self-employed land lady who continued to be productive right up to her last few days.

Her family was first and foremost and she loved God. She also loved to dance, sing and travel, as well as fishing and hunting with her sons.

Mrs. Fountain will be remembered for never forgetting anyone"s birthdays.

She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Dover.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Fountain; her son, Barry Fountain; along with several of her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son, Eric J. Fountain of Dover; her daughters, Sandra Liberto and her husband Tony of Dover, and Beverly Killen and her husband Howard of Felton; her brother, Charles and his wife Irene Emery of Dover; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden.
