Queen Street, Dover, DE 19904 where there will be a viewing from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday. Committal service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018 at DE Veterans Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966.
