Shamyer, 88 DOVER - Lorraine M. Shamyer died August 7, 2014. Born in New York, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Maloof. Besides her parents she was predeceased by a sister, two brothers, and her son, Robert, who died in 1998. Mrs. Shamyer leaves her two sons, Bruce Shamyer of Dover, Del. and Paul Shamyer of Portland, Ore. She is also survived by her brother, George Maloof, of Saddle River, N.J.; along with seven grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. Friends may call Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014 from 4 until 6 p.m. at the Barrett Funeral Chapel, 148 Dean Dr. Tenafly, NJ 97670. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Tenafly, NJ. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly, N.J. Local arrangements are by Michael J. Ambruso Funeral Director, Inc.
