Lisa Fay (Dukes) Rust, 45

MILFORD - Lisa Fay (Dukes) Rust, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008, in her home. She was 45. Lisa graduated from the University of Delaware as a Registered Nurse. She was working for Kent Sussex Counseling at the time of her death. Lisa had also worked for Bayhealth Medical Center and at different nursing homes in both Milford and Dover over the years. She attended the First Baptist Church of Milford. Lisa was a loving wife and mother and daughter. She touched many lives throughout her years of nursing. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Allen C. Rust Sr; a son, Allen Charles Rust Jr., of Lancaster, Pa.; a daughter, Lauren Rust, of Milford; and her mother, May Harding, of Milford. Funeral services were 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2008 at the First Baptist Church of Milford, 6062 Old Shawnee Road, Milford. Burial was in Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Rust Children College Fund, c/o PNC Bank, 655 N. DuPont Hwy., Milford, DE 19963.
