LEWES - Linda Ann Allaband of Lewes formerly of Dover passed away, Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Harbor Health Care in Lewes.
Linda was born June 5, 1947 in West Chester, Pa. to the late Joseph M. Allaband, Sr., and Julian M. Oaks Allaband.
She worked for Playtex for 25 years and enjoyed doing plastic canvas needle point.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Allaband, Jr.; nieces, Amber Rose Hockensmith, and Patricia Mayhew; nephew, Glen Lowder; brother-in-laws, Francis H. McKee and Joe Bradley; and her good friend, Robert Sherwood.
She is survived by her siblings, Janice Bradley of Milford, Sylvia LaRoschelle of Monks Corn, S.C., Elaine Bradley of Salisbury, Md., Kenneth Allaband of Marydel, Judith Lane of Punta Groda, Fla., Bryan Felton, Lester and Cynthia Allaband all of Harrington.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover.
