Levi S. Riehl of the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake went to be with the Lord Friday, March 23, 2007, in his home, surrounded by family who love him. He was 60.

Mr. Riehl was born in Lancaster, Pa., son of Leah S. Riehl of Lancaster and the late Jacob L. Riehl.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, a caring father and a compassionate man who loved the Lord.

He is survived by his mother, Leah S. Riehl of Lancaster; his loving wife of seven years, Dayna Riehl; a daughter and a son, Laura and Eric, both of Dover, Del.; two step-children, Tyler and Britany; four brothers; five sisters; aunts; uncles; extended family; and friends.

Celebration-of-life services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Faith Alive Ministries, 423 Shell Road, Chesapeake, where friends may call two hours earlier. Pastor Bob Groves will officiate.

Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Levi Riehl Memorial Fund, c/o Monarch Bank, 601 Battlefield Blvd. South, Chesapeake, VA 23322.
