GUMBORO - Lester James Wells Jr., of Gumboro, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. He was 78. Mr. Wells is survived by a son, William James Wells and wife Kaye; daughter, Bonnie L. Wilkerson (Charles); daughter-in-law, Deborah Wells; siblings, Shirley Nickelson, Donna Rae Walker (P.J.), Linda Milliner, Bobby Wells (Tina), and Richard Wells (Janie); brother-in-law, Paul James Fisher; four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call after noon. Burial will follow at Carey's Cemetery, Millsboro. Pastor Chuck Reynolds will officiate. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com.
