DOVER - Lenore E. Voshell of Paradise Lane, Dover, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2007, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 87.
She was born on April 15, 1919, in Laurel to the late David and Lenore Neal Thomas.
Ms. Voshell worked at Capital Cleaners in Dover for 47 years.
She attended Willow Grove Church of God, and Maranatha Fellowship.
She enjoyed worshiping in church and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Ms. Voshell is survived by a daughter, Doris and her husband, Burley Looney of Dover; son, James and his wife, Shelia Voshell of South Carolina; three granddaughters, Darlene Evans, Diane Odams of North Carolina and Judy Voshell; two grandsons, Mark Looney and Bruce Looney; eight great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Remembrance services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call one hour prior.
Burial will be at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Maranatha Fellowship 60 Deer Track Lane, Dover, DE 19904.
