MILLSBORO - Mrs. Lavinia Elizabeth McCabe, of Millsboro, passed away on June 6, 2011. She was 70. Mrs. McCabe was born in Lewes to the late Horace Mccabe and her mother Myrtle Baker McCabe who survives her. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Merrill McCabe. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Gay L. Steele; siblings, Gerald Mccabe and wife Ella Mae, Frances Williams, and Marie Rogers and her husband Roy; grandchildren, Brian Sockriter and Scott Sockriter; great-grandchildren, Scott Sockriter, Jr. and Briana Sockriter.
