LINDAWOLD, N.J. - Laurena E. Stanley of Lindawold passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, in Underwood Memorial Hospital, Woodbury. She was 81.
She was born Dec. 21, 1925, in Cambridge, Md., a daughter of the late Viola and William Rhodes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Levi H. Stanley; a son, Levi E. Stanley; and two daughters, Barbara and Lavern Stanley.
She is survived by a daughter, Marian V. Stanley of Lindawold; two sons, MacDaniel of North Carolina and Louis (Alice) Stanley of Florida; two sisters, Marian Woolford of Salisbury, Md., and Marie (Elsbur) Todd of Cambridge; and three brothers, Henry Rhodes of Colorado, Daniel (Dolly) Rhodes of Hurlock, Md., and Arthur Rhodes of Salisbury.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the Faith Community Church, 4111 E. New Market and Rhodesdale roads, East New Market, Md., where friends may call two hours prior.
Interment will be in the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Salem, Md.
