Virginia Rouse, 73 DOVER - Laura 'Pat' Virginia Rouse, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012, in her home. She was born July 8, 1939, to Francis and Clara Budd in Golts, Md. She is survived by her Life Companion, Earl Timmons, Jr.; her children, Bruce (Terri), Carol (James), grandchildren, Patricia, Earl (Shannon), Jaime (Woody); and great-grandchildren, Lee, and Zachary; and her dog, Chipper. A viewing will be held on July 31, 2012, at the Pippin Funeral Home at Noon. A Service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be held at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Camden, DE.
