Kristin Lenore Bauer, 67

DOVER - Kristin Lenore Bauer, of Dover, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 67. She was born on Nov. 26, 1941, in Crown, Pa. Kristin had worked as a traffic auditor for Playtex for 19 years retiring in 1999. She enjoyed being with her grandchildren, scrapbooking and reading. Kristin is survived by her mother, Daphne (Wolcott) McLaughlin of Hamburg, N.Y.; two sons, Mark R. Bauer and his wife Kelley of Magnolia, and Craig S. Bauer of Atlanta, Ga.; grandchildren, Austin and Alex Bauer of Magnolia and Brooke and Blake Bauer of Atlanta, Ga.; three sisters, Colleen Pearce and her husband John, Kathy Congemi and her husband Marc, all of Hamburg, N.Y., and Karen Steele and her husband Bill, of Franklin, Pa.; brothers, Jack McLaughlin and his wife Ellen of Pennsylvania, James McLaughlin and his wife Amourie of New York, Jeff McLaughlin and his wife Melanie of Pennsylvania and Joe McLaughlin of Pennsylvania; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather one hour before services. Burial will be private.
