Kimberly Susan Winters, 47 DOVER - Kimberly Susan Winters, of Dover, died Tuesday, May 11, 2010, in her home. She was 47. Mrs. Winters was born July 17, 1962, in Milford, to the late Charles W. Moore, Sr. and Mary Agnes Moore. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Winters enjoyed her home, yard and spending time with her family. She most recently worked as a receptionist at State Street Assisted Living. Prior to State Street, she had worked Pizzadeli as a clerk and food prep. Mrs. Winters is survived by her husband of 28 years, Steven A. Winters of Dover; her two daughters, Tarah J. Curl of Dover, and Stephanie D. Winters of Dover; two sisters, Mary Joann Brine of Middletown, and Patricia Ondish of Elkton, Md.; two brothers, Charles W. Moore, Jr. of Newark, and Benjamin G. Moore of Middletown; three grandchildren, Hayden and Trent Price of Dover, and Rylee Curl of Dover; and multiple nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State Street, Dover. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Interment will be in Barratt's Chapel, Frederica. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
