Kevin Willard Wilson Sr.

Wilson, Sr., 56 GREENWOOD - Kevin Willard Wilson, Sr., 56, of Greenwood, died Monday, May 12, 2014 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital Seaford. Mr. Wilson was born in Milford the son of the late Roland and Eleanor (Russell) Wilson. He worked as a truck driver and heavy equipment operator for many years and enjoyed his years working at Tri-Supply of Salisbury, Md. He was a member of the Abundant Life Christian Church, Laurel. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a devout Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Most of all, he was a family oriented man, and a devoted and doting father and grandfather. His whole world revolved around his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Walls and Linda Parker; and brothers, Gary Wilson and Richard Wilson. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sally Wilson; a son, Kevin Willard Wilson, Jr. of Greenwood; two daughters, Michele Widen and her husband Mark of Greenwood and Melissa Lewis and her husband Tim, of Seaford; five grandchildren, Nicole Widen, Annika Widen, Amber-Mae Wilson, Autumn Lewis and Sebastian Gregory Culver; and one sister, Nancy Vance and her husband Jerry, of Illinois; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Monday, May 19, 2014 at Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, N. Walnut Street, Milford. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Abundant Life Christian Church, 11181 Jordan Avenue, Bridgeville, DE 19933.
