MAGNOLIA - Kevin Paul Davis passed away Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 at Kent General Hospital after a courageous 4 year battle with cancer. Kevin was born April 27, 1956 in Hancock, New York to William Davis and Shirley Mahon Davis. He was a computer software trainer for Napa Auto Parts "Genuin Auto Parts" where he trained employees in store as they received new systems. Kevin celebrated 25 years with Napa on Feb. 13, 2014. Kevin enjoyed motorcycles, electronics, computers and watching NASCAR, especially watching Rusty Wallace. Kevin is survived by his parents, William and Shirley Davis of Hancock, N.Y.; his wife of 23 years, Carol Lynn Leonard Davis of Magnolia; children, Michele Taylor and her husband Jeffrey, of Milford, Matthew Moore of Los Angeles, Calif., and Michael Davis and his wife Tanya, of Danville, N.H.; brothers, Carl Davis of Hancock, N.Y., and Craig Davis and his wife Debbie, of Walton, N.Y.; grandchildren, Chase and Seth Taylor, Alhonna and Kira Davis; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved cats, BooBoo Kitty and Molly. Services will be held 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to First State Animal Center and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.
