HENDERSON, Md. - Kevin Lee Jackson, 51, of Henderson, passed Sunday, Oct. 24, 2010. He was born Sept. 30, 1959, in Denver, Colo., to Bobby Gene and Catherine M. Ewing Jackson of Henderson. Mr. Jackson was a 1977 graduate of North Caroline High School. He worked for Price Honda for 10 years, Chesapeake Builders for 8 years, and delivered news papers for the Delaware State News for the last 10 years. In addition to his parents he is survived by his three sisters, Patricia Shelton and husband Douglas of Wyoming, Pamla Jackson of Henderson, Md., and Brenda Jackson of Mesa, Ariz.; one sister-in-law, Tara Jackson; three nieces, Brandy Poore, Katie Laccillade, and Robin Strattman; two nephews, Bill Strattman, and Brandon McCormack; two great-nieces, Kayla Poore, and Madison Strattman; two great-nephews, Andrew Strattman, and Leland Poore; many aunts and uncles, and his faithful Side kick "Poppy." He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Virgil and Goldie Ewing; his paternal grandparents, Fletcher and Macy Jackson; and his brother, Donny Jackson. Services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 28, at in the Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W Sunset Ave., Greensboro, where a visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday.
