HARRINGTON - Kevin D. Hafer, 51, formerly of Womelsdorf, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. He was born in Reading, Pa. to the late Robert W. and Betty (German) Hafer. Kevin worked as a masonry sub-contractor building pole barns. He is survived by his children, Kevin W. Hafer of Greenwood and Christina M. Pitts of Ellendale; siblings, Janine Killian of Summerville, S.C., Karen Yeager of Duncannon, Pa. and Robert M. Conner of Harrington; four grandchildren, three nieces, two nephews, one great-niece and many cousins. Funeral services will be 7 p.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2015 in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call one hour prior for a time of visitation. A committal service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Pleasant View Cemetery, 650 Fritztown Rd., Sinking Spring, Pa.
