DOVER - Kenneth Paden Pritchett Jr., loving husband of Donna and father of Leslie, Greg, and Landon, passed away suddenly on Nov. 23, 2011, at Kent General Hospital in Dover. He was 44. "Kenny", as he was affectionately called, was born on April 24, 1967, in Dover. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He blessed those of us who knew and loved him with his sense of humor and positive outlook on life. He possessed a contagious laugh and a generous heart, displayed through his final gift of organ donation. He served the Lord faithfully at Central Mennonite Church for many years. Kenny is survived by his wife and best friend of 23 years, Donna (Yoder) Pritchett; a daughter, Leslie Brooke Pritchett; two sons, Gregory Lane Pritchett, and Landon Scott Pritchett, all of Dover; his parents, Kenneth Sr. and Ann (Kramer) Pritchett; three brothers, David, Wesley, and Michael Pritchett; a sister, Crystal Tice, all of Dover; and many other loving relatives and friends. Kenny was preceded in death by a very special niece, Melanie Miller, age 13. The viewing will be held Saturday, Nov. 26, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Central Mennonite Church, 220 West Denneys Road, Dover. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Nov. 27, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Rt. 8 (Forrest Ave), Dover, with a viewing beginning 45 minutes prior to the service. Arrangements by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
