Kenneth Lee Johnson

DOVER - Kenneth Lee Johnson passed away, Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018 at Kent General Hospital.
Mr. Johnson was born Dec. 14, 1949 in Media, Pa. to the late Lee Andrew Johnson and Mary Bowman.
He served 24 years in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and retired as a Master Sergeant in 1993. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Wilmington University. He held a black belt in Wing Chun Chinese Martial Arts and enjoyed spending time with his family, music, movies, all sports and computers.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife of 45 years, Han Chanataley Johnson of Dover; son, Devon Lee Draine (Toy) of Woodbridge, Va.; daughter, Linda Hunter (Travis) of Syracuse, N.Y.; brother, Gregory Andrew Johnson; sister, Angelique Hayes of Woodlyn, Pa.; twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A memorial celebration will take place on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1 p.m., Dover Elks Lodge #1903, 200 Saulsbury Road, Dover, DE 19904.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Salvation Army, Veterans Affairs or the Native American Rights Fund.
