Kemuel 'Kim' Butler DOVER - Kemuel "Kim" Butler, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at BayHealth Medical Center, Kent Campus. Kim was known as one of the community's greatest advocates of childcare. Her love has spanned across several generations, touching the lives of many children. Her kind and joyful spirit will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Bibleway Temple COGIC located at 54 Kirkwood Str., Dover, DE 19904 to begin at 12 p.m. with visitation two hours prior.
