Keithan E. Chandler passed away on November 20, 2011 at the University of Maryland Hospital. He was 59. He was the son of of Johnny Chandler and Winnie Trader. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 29, at 11 a.m. at the Fight for Families, 1016 Thames Street, Belvedere, DE., where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Gracelawn Cemetery, New Castle. Letters of condolence may be sent and signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
