WYOMING - Kathleen L. Shelor passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, March 16, 2014. Mrs. Shelor was born April 2, 1954 in Philadelphia, Pa. to the late Russell Diana and Margaret Bossler Diana. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Shelor in 1999. She is survived by her sons, Richard Sinegar of Camden, John Shelor and his wife Makai, of Columbia, Md.; daughter, Katie Shelor of Lumberton, N.C.; brother, Russell Diana and his wife Irene, of Dover; sisters, Patricia Snyder of Felton and Shirley Diana of Camden; her beloved grandchildren, Halle, Cristion, Khylei, Richard, Sincere and Cheyenne. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m., Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
