PHILADELPHIA - Julia S. Palmer, of Philadelphia, passed away on Nov. 18, 2010, at Genesis Health Care, Montgomery, Pa. She was 64. A Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 29, 2010, at Friendship Baptist Church, Lewes, where friends may call two hours prior. Interment will be at Peoples Memorial Cemetery, Rehoboth.
