Judy Marie (Frey) Willis, 58
DOVER - Judy Marie (Frey) Willis, died Saturday, June 27, 2009, after a year long struggle with cancer. She was 58. Judy was born in Des Moines, Iowa, to Donald and Luella Frey. She was a resident of the Des Moines area all her life. In March of 1972 she started working at Betts Cadillac, the same week Rich Willis began his career with the company. Judy was preceded in death by her father-in-law, William H. Willis. Survivors include her husband, Rich Willis; sons, Jason (Lori) Willis and Matt (Jenn) Willis; two grandchildren, AJ and Katelyn Willis; another grandchild due in September, all of Waukee, Iowa; her father, Donald Frey of Des Moines, Iowa; her mother, Luella Frey of Waukee, Iowa; her sisters, Nancy (Craig) Franklin of Des Moines, Iowa, and Carolyn (Mark) Bradley of Johnston, Iowa; her mother-in-law, Edna Willis of Smyrna; her brothers-in-law, Bill (Mary Jane) Willis and Skip (Karen) Willis of Smyrna; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. There was a Victory Celebration Service to celebrate Judy's life at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Des Moines, Iowa. Burial followed at Resthaven Cemetery.
