Charlton Schools. They were married for 50 years and had the pleasure of visiting all 50 state capitals and parts of Europe. Her hobbies included gardening, flower arranging, sewing/needlework, golfing and spoiling her grandchildren. Mrs. Knarr was a member of Whatcoat United Methodist Church, Camden, where she was active in the Whatcoat Women for Christ, the Altar Guild and the church choir. She was also an active member and president several times of the Rising Sun Community Club and the Sprig and Twig Flower and Gardening Club. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Doris Walmer, William N. Fudge, Walter T. Fudge, Jane Jenkins, Priscilla Forsberg, and Harry Fudge. She is survived by two daughters, Kristine Knarr and Karen Greenlee of Dover; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert E. Knarr Jr. and Karen Knarr of Chickamauga, Ga.; two grandchildren, Katheryn W. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Whatcoat United Methodist Church, 16 N. Main St., Camden, where friends may call an hour earlier. Private interment will be at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Patriots Way, Millsboro.
