ELLENDALE - Joyce Diaz Eley Santiago died Sunday June 24, 2018, of cardiac arrest at home.Joyce was a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Joyce worked at Lewes Convalescent Center, and Beebe Home,Health. Joyce enjoyed attending Storm Shelter Ministries in Laurel and Welcome Full Gospel Ministries in Lincoln.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Johnny Diaz Santiago; two sons, Leonard D. Eley of Ellendale and Linwood Eley of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one daughter, Sophia M. Eley of Ellendale.
Service will be Saturday June 30, 2018 at 12 p.m. Friends may call at the church two hours before service. St. John 2nd Baptist Church, 22602 Mt. Joy Road, Millsboro, DE 19966
