MILLSBORO - Joyce Ann Hall, 73, of Millsboro, passed away on Dec. 29, 2010, at the Renaissance Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Millsboro. She is survived by her son, Randall Givens and wife Rebecca; three daughters, Marilyn Rha, Terry Newton and husband Charles, Peggy Hernandez; one sister, Jean Adams; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Watson Funeral Home 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Dagsboro Redman's Cemetery Dagsboro. Rev. Robert Hudson will officiate. Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home, Millsboro.
