Joseph Richard Dulaney Sr., 76 MILLSBORO - Joseph Richard Dulaney Sr., 76, of Millsboro, formerly of Wausen, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, at home. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathryn Sedlak Dulaney; a son, Joseph R. Dulaney, Jr.; a daughter, Deborah Jo Jeneary; three brothers, George, Robert, and Michael Dulaney; two sisters, Madeline Dulaney and Ella Fairall; two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends across the country in the Senior 10 Ten Class. A Memorial Service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 23, at the Bayshore Community Church, 36759 Millsboro Hwy., Millsboro, DE 19966. Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home, Millsboro.
